Future development plans for Val d’Europe include:
• A 21,000 m² extension to the Shopping Centre (7 new stores planned, completion scheduled end of 2009)
• 300,000m² of office space in the urban project
• A unique landscaped area at the heart of the Paris-Val d’Europe business park offering 660,000 m² of office and business premises covering 180 hectares
• The “nature villages” project in association with Pierre & Vacances: A pioneering ecotourism concept in Europe promoting harmony between humans and nature and focusing on 3 themes: the land, water and the forest.
