Planning
For this first phase, you will be working with the Events
Manager, whose
mission is to:
Define and analyse your needs
Propose the most appropriate solutions, working in
close contact with our experts in the various areas involved:
technical support, catering, theme evenings, leisure activities,
etc.
Establish the programme for your event.
Implementation
Once you arrive on site, the Events Manager introduces
you to a coordinator, who will be your privileged contact
during the operational phase of the event, and will provide
a smooth interface with all the concerned players.
The coordinator ensures that your event goes well,
at all times, right down to the finest detail. We endeavour
to meet even those very last-minute requests!
Follow-up
After the event, our Quality Department will contact you for
an assessment. Your comments are our best source of information
and we consider them seriously in order to continually improve
the quality of our service.
